The opposite of depression is connection. These activities are designed to foster that connection—within yourself and with others. As you learn to respect, love, and cherish yourself, you will find it easier to heal and grow relationships with others.
Place these cards where you will see them (bedroom walls, bathroom mirrors, etc.). Use the blank ones to write your own—phrases that shift your mental state into one of empathy, light, and warm positivity. When needed, focus on a card and take a few minutes to meditate on its message. 
Take a moment to write and reflect using the prompts on each list. Gratitude and self-respect build a compassionate mind, while healthy habits and kind deeds build a compassionate heart. Feel free to repeat these list-making activities as frequently as is helpful.
